How Long Do I have to book in advance?
To create a relaxing and pleasant Japanese hot spring experience, we admits a set number of guests to bathe at any given time. We recommend that you book at least 6 weeks ahead by clicking the booking link on the website to avoid disappointment.
How Much do i need to pay?
Full amount payment via internet transfer or credit card is required to keep your booking.
What are your cancelation policies?
Up to 14 days prior to occupancy, the payment can be transferred to a new booking as long as it is within 12 months of the original reservation. Alternatively, a refund can be given less a 5% cancellation fee.
Within 14 days days prior to occupancy you will be charged an amount equal to the first night's accommodation.
A no-show is deemed a cancellation and will not
be refunded.
Staying
Are Children allowed to stay?
Children are allowed to stay at the resort. However for safety reasons our hot spring is only for guests aged 15 years and over.
Can I Bring my pets with me?
Pets are not allowed to be brought to the Japanese Hot Spring House.
What if I am pregnant?
While we do not restrict pregnant women enjoying the baths, we recommend consulting with your doctor before making a booking, as the baths can raise your body temperature, which can be potentially dangerous.
Can I Bring my cameras?
Photos are allowed to be taken of your party during your stay, however we ask that you be mindful of other guests privacy.
Are towels and robes provided?
Towels and robes will be provided by Japanese Hot Spring House.
